Supporting the team of the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief People Officer through 50+ new headcount at a critical growth stage, we built strong cross-office relationships both virtually and in person. We implemented structured interview plans, hired 20+ talent and provided new hire coaching, ensuring lasting success scaling up and down seamlessly when no internal recruiters were available.
