I just realized that one of the hardest (but also best) parts of entrepreneurship is the constant need to validate my own self and work.. 😳

I didn’t appreciate at the time how much validation my full-time jobs have given me.

The directions from leadership (even when they were confusing.)

The comradery of colleagues (even the ones I secretly really didn’t like.)

The predictability of the work and schedule (even when I never truly felt in control.)

Letting go of them - whether forced or chosen, feels painful.

Freedom may just mean responsibility for finding our own meaning and priorities and keep validating them, because no one else will… 🤷♀️
